Shimmering bronze and silver towers in waterfront Melbourne location

Hickory’s New Quay Promenade project comprises the shimmering Promenade and Aqui towers located harbour side in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct. Consisting of 437 apartments over a common 5 storey podium with resort-like facilities and 4 storey multilevel car park, the Hickory team delivered both of the Woods Bagot designed towers for client, MAB Corporation, in a single project program.

FEATURES:

  • Aqui Tower (Bronze tower) consists of 277 apartments over 23 levels and measuring 76 meters to the top of the crown
  • Promenade Tower (Silver tower) consists of 160 apartments over 19 levels measuring 65 metres to the top of the crown
  • 5 distinct maritime colour schemes and 33 modern apartment layouts
  • 25 meter indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna and gymnasium
  • Private meeting room, residents’ lounge and library
  • Podium rooftop garden featuring barbeque and picnic areas and integrated gardens
  • All apartments feature floor to ceiling windows, with the various window systems procured, delivered and installed by Hickory’s own in-house façade division
  • Hickory’s use of driven precast and sheet piling techniques ensure structural integrity of foundations
