This New York style development comprises a multi storey apartment building and will blend retail and residential across nine buildings, bordered by Victoria Parade, Cambridge Street, Derby Street and Wellington Street. The ground floor has 200m of street frontage for 11 retail spaces, including food and beverage offerings, as well as 241 apartments, ground floor commercial offices and a community arts space.

The Cox Architects design is inspired by New York’s Meatpacking District referencing the iconic Collingwood Foy and Gibson warehouse. Victoria and Vine will showcase façade elements incorporating glazing, precast panels and snap-on brickwork elements to exhibit the warehouse-style design.

 

Offering a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom dwellings, residents will enjoy 5-star hotel amenities and service over apporx. 4,500 sqm of the Victoria and Vine Private Club. These amenities include their very own, health club, rooftop lounge, spa retreat, private dining facilities, infinity pool and sundeck, outdoor cinema, co-working spaces, business lounge, a NYC-inspired bar, library and Teppanyaki bar.
